The project is strategically located on a 5 plots (C20, C22- 25) of 1150 sq.m, each, Near Khalifa park, Abu-Dhabi City.

In translating the vision and requirements of the project, the design concept addresses two basic issues: Land Utiliza- tion aspects and the Architectural & Functional aspects.
